Truck Covers

Cairnscorp can manufacture a range of truck covers.

Spring roll-back tipper covers. This will fit most tipper bodies. It is simple to fit and covers up to six metres, including side flaps if required. Available in mesh, PVC or Hotmix nylon. Can be fitted or sold as a kitset.
Manual roll-up. These can be made to any measurement and can be fitted new or retro-fitted to most existing units. These are strong but light-weight, simple and effective.
Manual roll-over. These can be made to any measurement. Can be new or retro-fitted. We use high tensile aluminium tube complete with heavy duty handle.
Roll-over cover – Lock and Roll manual operation. As with the spring roll-back cover there is no need to climb on the truck. You can tarp your load standing on the ground.

Special: We are clearing stock for both the electric/manual Tarp-N-Go and the Electric Drive Roll-back tipper cover.

The Electric manual Tarp-N-Go can be new or retro-fitted and is a dropside Tarp-N-Go system featuring the Anti-lift rollers.

The Electric Drive Roll-back cover is a steel galvanised construction with solid chain drive, 12v drive motor and covers up to 8.5 metres.

Tarpaulins

Our tarpaulins are custom made from a variety of fabrics. Reefing lugs and eyelets can be added at a standard 1 metre spacing, or where-ever you require.

Our tarps can cover equipment, materials or loads on your truck or trailer. Manufactured with welded water-proof seams on PVC covers, double stitched seams on canvas covers.

Ropes from 1m to 3m can be added.

Cricket Pitch Covers

Manufactured from a commercial quality material (an imported poly coated fabric). Option of a hessian underlay. The light weight makes easier handling. Can be fabricated to any size with welded seams and reinforced eyelets around the perimeter.

Gym Mats & Safety pads

These can be any size, shape, or to your special requirements. A vast range of different foam inserts , depending on intended use. Special foam core so no water is retained. Easy clean PVC outer.

Gear Bags

Manufactured from 670gsm PVC in a basic range of colours. Strong webbing carry handles. Commercial quality zip closer, or velcro. Keep your gear dry. Can be easily cleaned with mild detergent and water. Any size possible.

We have a range of fabrics and fittings. We carry tensioners to suit every application and buckles, straps and replacement parts.

In addition we can arrange signage and clearcoating.

Our curtains are certified and comply with current LTNZ rules.
