We manufacture our welding screen from an Amber coloured transparent 0.5 mm thick PVC material.
The material protects against the effects of UV light emitted during arc welding. Welding screens can assist in the containment of sawdust and other light debris, can be used for work cell separation, as a privacy wall, or to block distracting views to increase employee productivity.
They create a safer working environment for the welders and surrounding co-workers.
We can manufacture any size or shape. Frames made to order from either tube or box section steel.

We were asked to design screens for these tennis courts at a Sports Centre in Auckland. They wanted an all weather solution to provide tennis court availability at any time of the year. These screens are able to opened up in fine weather to let the air circulate while still providing shelter from the sun.
In the wet weather they can be closed up and the courts and players kept dry.

We make them from strong durable PVC-heavy grade. They are easy to clean-just wipe or hose.
We make a removeable polar fleece top that attaches with Velcro-just tear it off and throw it in the washing machine. For small , medium or large pets. We also custom make to fit an existing bed and provide a bit of comfort. You can fill them with beans, foam or rags.

We can manufacture caravan awnings or awnings for pop-ups in a range of styles and fabrics. Fabrics are available to view in our showroom.

We stock a range of poles, pegs, and fittings if you have lost a part of your awning. We use quality fabrics-including Companion, the camping canvas collection and also DX12 which is a range of Outback Rugged canvas for roofs. Call in to see the swatches. If you need upholstery for your squabs we can do that too-there is a huge range of plain and patterned canvas for these.

Stone guards
New stone guards for your caravan manufactured using heavy duty PVC or vinyl with padded backing. We can install the stone guard or you might prefer to do it yourself. We can provide fittings as required.

We were asked to make an air conditioning duct for a factory. It was made from PVC and is therefore very lightweight.
You will see from the picture that it is suspended only by brackets from the ceiling.

Reefing lugs and eyelets can be added at a standard 1 metre spacing, or alternatively to your specifications as you require.
Our tarps can be used to cover anything from equipment, or materials to loads on your truck or trailer.
Cairnscorp Tarpaulins are manufactured with welded waterproof seams on PVC covers, or double stitched seams on canvas covers.
Standard Ropes from 1m to 3m can be added. Other sizes can be made to order and they can be spliced or clipped as required.
We also have Tarpaulins for hire– short or long term, and various sizes are available. Useful for covering the roof or your building job.
